The mission of the PSA is to uplift the educational and socio-economic status of Pakistani youth and community in Hong Kong. It also aims to encourage and promote multicultural society in Hong Kong through:

1. Organizing seminars on educational, religious and socio-cultural matters
2. Providing meaningful activities and learning experiences for whole-person development
3. Collaborating with other NGOs, schools and other stakeholders to co-organize various activities
